| Let's take these categories one at a time and | | | | visualize it and feel what it feels like to have it. For |

| - "I'm not good enough" | | | | Be sure to bring all of your senses into it. |
| - "It's selfish for me to want more" | | | | For example, if you visualize yourself vacationing in |
| - Beliefs about work | | | | Hawaii, then feel the balmy ocean air, the feeling of |
| - "Work needs to be hard" | | | | the sand beneath you, the warmth of the sun on |
| - "Work requires struggle and sacrifice" | | | | your body and so forth. I'm sure you get the idea. |
| - "To be successful I have to give up my personal | | | | Step 5 |
| life" | | | | If any self limiting belief opposes your intention to |

| If you recognize any of these self limiting beliefs in | | | | In other words what is your counter intention? For |
